Clinic Policies
For the health, safety, and comfort of all our patients and staff, we ask that you review and adhere to the following clinic policies.
Abusive Language and Behavior Policy
Oasis Family & Respiratory Care Clinic has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language and behavior.
Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care. In return, we expect all patients and visitors to treat our staff, physicians, and other patients with respect and courtesy.
Any form of abuse, including but not limited to:
- Yelling, swearing, or using offensive language
- Threatening or intimidating behavior
- Physical violence or aggressive posturing
- Discriminatory remarks
will not be tolerated. Individuals exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be discharged from the practice. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Scent Policy
Oasis Clinic is a scent-free environment.
Many of our patients, particularly those visiting Dr. Sheikh for respiratory care, suffer from asthma, allergies, and other severe respiratory conditions. Exposure to scented products can trigger severe health reactions, including asthma attacks and migraines.
For the health and comfort of all patients and staff, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing or using scented products when visiting the clinic. This includes:
- Perfumes and colognes
- Scented lotions and creams
- Strongly scented hair products
- Essential oils
Patients arriving with strong scents may be asked to reschedule their appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, breathable environment for everyone.
